My First Children's Story

Since my sister has had her baby I've been wondering what I could do for Owen that would be special and something that he would always remember. At last I decided to try and write Owen a bedtime story.
I don't really have much experience with them but I'm confident that I could at the least write a descent story. I've got most of the details down and now all I have left to do is finish the story and proof it and then find someone to do the illustrations for me. I can sketch but not good enough for the whole thing. I've sketched Hairy the main monster in the story and Owen's (the child in the story) best friend.
So keep your eyes open I might finish it soon.
